Designed messaging module features on Figma for SCALAR, a fleet management platform, as the sole UI/UX designer and collaborated with a team of 6 developers.
Created a knowledge portal for SCALAR to educate customers and address queries, resulting in reduced service desk workload and a usability score improvement to 94%.
Designed adaptable components for the design system, optimized for multiple modules and device sizes including desktop, tablet, mobile, and in-cargo interfaces.
Led external projects, including dark mode research, exploration of white-labelling options, and integration of TomTom SDK with the navigation app.

Led end-to-end user research, development and user testing of a defi LSD options trading and staking platform to a pivot to a Bitcoin based yield vaults based on user needs and market.
Conducted competitive analysis on token utility and developed a strategic token plan.
Designed the UI for the testnet, website and platform, which led to 1.3M+ tx on chain, 187k+ wallets connected on testnet and 500+ waitlisted user and 200 wallets went live in the first cycle

Designed an Omni-channel analytics tool by conducting user research, visualising complex data, and iterating through various ideations to boost sales and inform Walmart's strategy.
Contributed to secondary research and ideation for enhancing the Omni-channel shopping experience in South Africa.
Facilitated user research on enhancing the associate application experience at Sams Club in Mexico to manage inventories.
Co-facilitated an accessibility workshop with 150+ participants.
